I understand that beginning September 1st, new operating rules come in to effect.
I know that the field will be members only and the 90db sound limit will be enforced,
but are there any other rule changes going into effect?

I suggest that you go to the MAR/C website, click on the Rules tab and then click on Airfield Rules and read the rules. From memory, I think that there are no new rules besides being a member and the 90 dBA limit but some have been changed slightly.
