For sale is a Great Planes Sportster 40. This is the original not an ARF. Built light, straight and strong. This plane has been in my family for quite some time. My Dad used it in sportsman pattern back in the late 80's. It has Futaba servos, and 0.40 engine. Some weight had been added to the tail to move the CG back further for better snap rolls. The last time this plane was flown was back in 2003. My Uncle was flying it with skis when it had hard landing and got a little damage to the bottom of the wing. There is also some hanger rash in the covering but should be easy to repair. The airframe is structurally sound.
